Kaseya has officially launched its Spring 2025 product innovations, spotlighting major updates across its IT management platform aimed at empowering Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams with enhanced automation, usability, and security.

Announced ahead of the upcoming Kaseya Connect event in Las Vegas (April 28 - May 1), the release introduces AI-driven tools, streamlined user interfaces, and cutting-edge security enhancements that promise to make daily IT operations faster, safer, and more efficient.

AI & automation to streamline compliance

One of the standout features of the release is Kaseya’s deeper integration of AI and automation. The platform now includes automated compliance monitoring and risk management, alongside AI-powered SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) generation. These tools aim to reduce manual effort while ensuring organizations stay ahead of ever-evolving regulatory demands.

Elevated user experience

Kaseya has also given its core tools a usability boost. Autotask, the company’s professional services automation platform, now features a refreshed UI that promises greater speed and ease of use. Meanwhile, KaseyaOne now includes self-service payment management, making it simpler for users to handle billing and account tasks independently.

Security without the complexity

  • Security remains a central theme in the Spring 2025 release. Among the highlights:

  • Grey box penetration testing for vPenTest, allowing teams to proactively uncover vulnerabilities.

  • SafeCheck for Datto Access Points, offering real-time wireless security validation.

  • A new single-file, multi-version restore option in Datto Endpoint Backup that gives users granular recovery capabilities in the event of data loss.

These updates are designed to provide advanced protection without adding overhead for already-burdened IT teams.

Looking ahead

“This release is all about helping IT teams and MSPs work smarter,” Kaseya said in its announcement. “Whether it’s automating time-consuming tasks, improving day-to-day usability, or strengthening defenses, these innovations deliver real-world value for our partners.”

More details on these and additional innovations will be shared at Kaseya Connect 2025, where the company has promised to unveil its “biggest innovations of the year.”
