ServiceNow adds new incentives to foster growth of their partner program

Cloud software company ServiceNow is looking to leverage its Partner program to increase its market share and boost its revenue and has now added new incentives to attract more partners. The company made the announcement during its Partner kickoff event in Las Vegas.

The new incentives include access to a brand-new partner development fund, a co-funded investment programme, as well as simplified discounts and rebates. The company has identified a $500 billion market opportunity and believes its Now Platform is the key to tapping into it.

ServiceNow says that with the revamped program, it's looking to equip partners with new expertise, differentiate their skills, and reward them for their unique contributions.

To differentiate the partners, the cloud company is adding four new modules to the program: Build, Consulting and Implementation, Resale, and Service Provider. Partners will receive unique benefits based on where they fall.

ServiceNow has also redone the Partner portal for a better user experience. The Partner Finder has also been revamped to allow customers to find the most suited partner based on region, industry, and expertise.

“Our reimagined partner programme creates unbounded opportunities for partners to expand and collaborate with ServiceNow well beyond where we can go alone. We are investing in partner success, championing their expertise, and giving them flexibility to drive exponential value with our platform,” said Erica Volini, the new senior vice president of alliances and channel ecosystem at ServiceNow.

Volini is succeeding David Parsons who has been the head of the programme since 2018.

“It has been my honour and privilege to lead our alliances and channel ecosystem organisation for the past four years,” Parsons said. “I am proud of everything we have accomplished together for our partners and joint customers and excited about our ongoing journey together. I want to thank Erica for her partnership and leadership. I know that she is the right leader, at the right time, to continue to build on a strong foundation of success and momentum.”
