Servicenow partners with Boomi to launch AI-powered self-service for customers
ServiceNow, a leader in AI-driven business transformation, and Boomi, a prominent provider of intelligent integration and automation solutions, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing customer experiences through AI-powered self-service.
The collaboration will leverage ServiceNow's Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) solutions and Boomi's advanced API management capabilities to streamline customer support and improve operational efficiency.
Key Partnership Highlights
Enhanced Customer Support and Self-Service: Boomi will implement ServiceNow's App Engine to streamline customer support processes and expand self-service capabilities. This integration will eliminate data silos and simplify internal processes, leading to more efficient and faster collaboration.
API Management and Automation Integration: ServiceNow will incorporate Boomi's next-generation API Management capabilities with its Automation Engine. This integration provides complete visibility across users' API landscapes, enhancing governance and enabling more robust data management.
There is a growing importance of AI and automation in modern business environments and this partnership was created to fill in that gap. According to IDC, a market intelligence firm, only 12 percent of organizations currently connect customer data across departments.
Paul Fipps, President of Global Industries and Strategic Growth at ServiceNow, highlighted the importance of agile solutions in meeting evolving customer expectations while also expressing his enthusiasm over the new partnership.

Future Availability
The new solutions resulting from this partnership, including Boomi's API Management integrated into ServiceNow's platform, are expected to be available later this year. These offerings promise to provide a centralized view across users' API landscapes, facilitating the discovery, provisioning, and securing of APIs.
